Track Two: Certified Aesthetic Consultant Fast Track Certification Program – Advanced Techniques for Practice Success – Level XII

THE Aesthetic Academy™ presents the Certified Aesthetic Consultant Fast Track Certification Program Level XII. The program is designed as a highly-structured, interactive and intensive platform focused on growing your practice. Day one will cover all topics related to practice management and marketing. Day two will bring all attendees together in one general session and discuss aesthetic topics that include advanced body shaping technologies, energy-based anti-aging skin treatments, next-generation anti-aging skincare products, feminine rejuvenation and more.

Participants will have the opportunity to take an examination at the conclusion of day one to receive their Certified Aesthetic Consultant Level XII certification. Faculty includes experts in the aesthetic industry, practice marketing, patient counseling and office management.

Session I: Advanced Marketing Techniques
At the conclusion of this session participants should be better able to:

  • Examine their "brand" and determine how to modify or build their reputation
  • Improve the practice's positioning in the local market
  • Learn ways to improve the success of their internet activities
  • Create a more powerful social media marketing plan
  • Analyze the success of their "invertizing" and advertising activities to recruit and convert additional patients
  • Obtain methodology to improve all aspects of patient conversion rates

Session II: Advanced Counseling Skills
At the conclusion of this session participants will be better able to improve customer service dealing with the following types of patients:

  • The new patient
  • The undecided patient
  • The upset patient
  • The negotiator

  • The red-flag patient
  • The easy / moderate / hard to upsell patient

Session III: Advanced Practice Metrics
At the conclusion of this session participants should be better able to:

  • Develop systems to identify return on investment (ROI)
  • Apply ROI formulas to all aspects of practice profit and loss
  • Analyze pricing strategies to improve profit
  • Learn to minimize waste and excess cost in practice
  • Become acquainted with negotiation tactics to lower costs

Session IV: Management Skills
At the conclusion of this session participants should be better able to:

  • Deal with the most common performance-related problems
  • Improve team performance
  • Coach and counsel employees for higher levels of performance
  • Conduct a performance review and improve after one
  • Incentivize key staff
  • Understand the most common legal and risk management issues that confront aesthetic practices and how to avoid them

  Regenerative Aesthetics
This session will focus on Regenerative Aesthetics, an emerging interdisciplinary field of research for developing evidence-based, anti-aging applications. This symposium centers on the restoration, replacement and / or rejuvenation of tissues for anti-aging purposes. Regenerative Aesthetics includes stem cell-based solutions, microfat grafting and volumization technologies, tissue re-engineering, DNA / RNA therapies, PRP, platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), stromal vascular fraction (SVF), growth factors and more.
